Welsh Contact Centre Forum statement on operations during ongoing Covid-19 pandemic
As individuals and organisations across the world respond to the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, I wanted to update you on what the Welsh Contact Centre Forum is doing regarding the ongoing situation and how we can help out in these challenging times.
We will continue to provide the full professional support to our members and our staff will remain accessible via email, telephone, and where appropriate, in person. The wellbeing of our staff, members and stakeholders is of paramount importance to us.
