Pre-employment training courses

The Welsh Contact Centre Forum will be offering four days of training for candidates and on the final day we then organise a minimum of two interviews with local employers that have active job vacancies to be filled.

We have started delivering Pre-employment training via Zoom which we believe provides a great opportunity and versatility for delegates, especially as we believe that a combination of office and homeworking will be the way forward within a variety of business sectors in the future.

The training programme will be of a week’s duration with session times as follows:

Morning sessions

9.30am – 12.00pm

Lunch Break

12pm – 1:00pm

Afternoon Sessions

1:00pm – 3:30pm

The course will consist of sessions to include the entire class and some smaller group learning sessions to facilitate individual/ personal coaching.
