A virtual workshop for communications professionals and leaders who value engagement and employee voice at the heart of their organisations.
We are delighted to be joined by two speakers who are both leaders in the field of communication, Jenni Field and Dr Kevin Ruck.
Jenni Field has over 16 years’ experience in communications, specialising in helping organisations go from chaos to calm; working with organisations to help them understand how to get teams to work together better and operations to work more efficiently.
Everything Jenni does starts with insight and having set up communication functions in pharmaceutical, hospitality and advertising industries, she is an expert in ensuring alignment between the communication and business strategy.
Jenni is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), she is a Chartered practitioner, and qualified in internal communications and is President of CIPR for 2020.
Dr Kevin Ruck is the co-founder of PR Academy. He is the co-author of the text book ‘Exploring Internal Communication’ and is the course leader for CIPR Specialist Diploma: Internal Communication delivered by PR Academy. He is currently conducting research into the ways that organisations listen to employees.

This event is the first of what we hope will be many such collaborations. This first event will be hosted by the Communications Team from NFU Mutual Direct, who would like to pass on the baton for the next event to anyone else willing to drive positive and inclusive communications across all industries and sectors.
