The results from a survey of around 1,000 CX professionals across 10 countries. We can also cover the changing impact of the Pandemic and Supply  on Consumer Customer loyalty and retention based on a survey of 5500 people Globally.  We can highlight some differences across the generations in relation to social issues and bad experiences. What are CX professionals  looking to do to address the challenge of Omni-channel based on the above survey.  Highlight some key areas for industry specifics such as retail/banking or services are there any major differences.
