We are delighted to confirm the 2021 Welsh Contact Centre Awards are now open for entry and there has never been a more important time to celebrate the excellence and commitment of the people and companies of the Welsh contact centre industry.
Free to enter, these prestigious Annual Awards feature a variety of categories across individual, company and team functions and are open to any contact centre, shared service centre, IT or customer helpdesk based in Wales with a minimum of five staff.
All organisations can enter as many categories as preferred but please note that only 3 nominations per category will be accepted.
