AgentFest is an inspirational event that offers your front line advisors the unique opportunity to enjoy a series of lively, interactive workshops and motivating activities that will boost their performance and get them to the next level.

In 2021 AgentFest will be taking place online, but this will in no way lessen the impact the event has on your advisors who will link up with peers from other contact centres for a day of creative exercises, team work and talks with a diverse range of experts that will develop their confidence and knowledge to make the most of their potential and enable them to have valued conversations with customers.

The stresses and strains of the past 12 months have underlined issues such as general fatigue with staff as well as concerns over engagement combined with the logistics of working remotely.

On top of this, the interactions with customers and prospective customers has changed, as has the tone and expectations of the public you deal with. Now is an ideal time to take stock and reward front line people in this difficult time to analyse the difficulties and achievements of the last year, but also plan for a brighter future.
