The Welsh Graduate programmes are strategic talent creation initiatives in financial services and data science skills in Wales which are delivered in collaboration with a strong consortium of 20 Welsh based employers, academia and key partners including the Office for National Statistics.

Our Vision is to deliver a best in class graduate development programme resulting in a centre of excellence in financial services and data science skills in Wales. This is achieved through the attraction, development and retention of high calibre graduate talent and excellence in employer and academic training and development.
