Mike has over 20 years experience in the utilities sector with Centrica and British Gas.

With more than 10 years experience in the HR functions including industrial relations and remuneration and benefits, he moved into the Contact Centre operation in 1996.  Mike has extensive knowledge of creating and managing large multi and single site teams across the full spectrum of inbound, outbound and web based contact activities both on and offshore.

Mike heads up the British Gas outbound operation across 6 operational sites.
