Cardiff Council values the important role that Contact Centres have to play in developing the economic prosperity not only of the City, but of the south east Wales area generally. The Council is committed to maintaining and enhancing the employment opportunities that Contact Centres generate, and will work with the Forum to ensure that such potential is fully realised.
