We are delighted to announce our first workshop for 2019, Building a Sustainable Human Organisation in collaboration with Clive Hyland of Making Sense.

Do you need to understand your environment and other influences that impact human performance? If so this is the workshop for you.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Senior Contact Centre Managers and HR Professionals concerned with organisational and people development.

CONTENT OVERVIEW

Current organisations and their people have to deal with stress on a daily basis. Is this an inevitable consequence of the pursuit of performance excellence? This workshop will explain the fundamentals of human science and will offer a more productive and sustainable way forward both at the personal and organisational level. Traditional organisational thinking is leading us over the cliff edge, so what new thinking can change this and how do we start on the road of transformation?

TARGETED OUTCOMES

1. Radical scientific insights into human behaviour; what makes us “tick” and perform.

2. An understanding of your environments and the other influences that impact on human performance.

3. The opportunity to explore and define a strategy to build a sustainable, high performing organisation,.

If you would like to secure your place at this workshop simply complete the attached booking form and return to me at your earliest convenience. Spaces are limited so I would suggest and early booking to avoid disappointment.
