We are delighted to be working with Sing and Inspire to offer Call centres in Wales Vocal Health training. This training will help you understand the voice and how to look after it. There are limited sessions available and the course is on a first come first serve basis, I can only take 12 people per course.
The first session on 28th February 2012, a free taster session is for all Managers and Team Leaders, following on there will be a small charge but we are quite sure that the taster session will give you a true sense of the value of the courses. Full details attached
