The Welsh Contact Centre Awards
The pretigious Welsh Contact Centre Awards cover all of Wales, and are a celebration of excellence within the industry. The awards are open to all out-bound and in-bound customer communication networks with more thsn 5 employees, and are judge by an independent panel of experts. Our gala awards ceremonies are always a memorable and entertaining event - it's the highlight of our year! Find out more about these events.
Quarterly Employers' Forums
Our Employer's Forum Meetings are held each quarter to exchange innovation and best practice. They are free to members, who are welcome to bring up to four delegates to each event. Non-members are also welcome to attend, at a small charge. Find out more about these events.
Team Leader Round Table
Each month this round table event will be hosted in a different contact centre and will run for two hours. The first hour will be dedicated to discussion and exchanging ideas; an ideal opportunity for team leaders to share what works for them and take note of ways to improve the performances of their own teams. The second hour will allow time for a presentation provided by the hosts giving them the opportunity to present any issues or significant successes of the month. A tour of the contact centre will follow giving others an insight into the Hosting Company. Find out more about these events.
Financial Services Round Tables
Are you in HR? Want to share best practice with other financial service experts? This event is for you. Our Round Tables are an ideal opportunity to share best practice and strategies, and discuss any issues with other leading Financial Services experts.
