Sharon Jones, Head of Customer Operations Zurich

ACII qualified, BA 1st class honours in Public Administration and a Cranfield University graduate. Commenced employment with Royal & Sun Alliance in 1988 as a graduate trainee and held various roles within HR, Claims, Underwriting and Commercial, culminating in the position of Senior Customer Service Manager in 2001. Joined Zurich Financial Services in Cardiff as a Centre Manager in 2003, and was promoted to Head of Consumer Services in 2005, with responsibility for four Operational Centres.
