Mike Mullins, Head of Outbound, British Gas & Chair of WCCF
Mike has over 20 years experience in the utilities sector with Centrica and British Gas. With more than 10 years experience in the HR functions including industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, he moved into the Contact Centre operation in 1996. Mike has extensive knowledge of creating and managing large multi and single site teams across the full spectrum of inbound, outbound and web based contact activities both on and offshore. For the past 18 months Mike has headed up the British Gas outbound operation across six operational sites.
