Mark Hatcliffe Head of Barclays Contact Centre Coventry

A Newly appointed Head of Site for Barclays in Coventry, Mark Hatcliffe is responsible for circa 800 people handling over 25,000 calls per day from Personal, Business & On-Line customers. Having joined Barclays in August 2007, Mark has brought with him 28 years experience from Lloyds TSB across a broad range of disciples including heading their flagship site in Bridgend for two and a half years. Mark is Deputy Chair of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum with diplomas in banking, marketing and company direction. An avid supporter of improving standards in contact centre's, he regularly speaks on issues.
