My current role is Head of Service Delivery for Conduit UK, this is a global organisation, our parent company being a household name in the US. Conduit is an outsourcing company and I currently head up accounts for our largest clients. Our business in the UK is Contact Centre’s for customer service, telesales, inbound sales and retention.
Prior to this I worked for 16 years in the Lloyds Banking Group, roles included , Head of Contact Centre, senior roles in Risk and Fraud and Support Services. I took redundancy and joined Conduit in 2009.
My skills and experience is in Contact Centre leadership and leading 1000+ staff, important to me is ensuring our staff are coached to reach their potential and we have strong leaders managing teams. I possess qualifications in coaching and mentoring. I am a qualified assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management also Lean Sigma qualified. I have extensive experience around risk and the FSA.
One of my great personal achievements was being awarded “Welsh Woman of the Year” for management achiever in 2007. I try to find time to raise funds for charity and have raised over £10,000 for the Anthony Nolan trust.
