South West Contact Centre Forum
The South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF) is an industry led initiative which supports the call and contact centre sector in the South West. Established in 2008, the SWCCF covers one of the largest regions in the UK, which includes Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham and Plymouth, home to over 250 contact centres employing approximately 52,000 people.

Success Across the South West!
The South West’s top contact centres celebrated success at the Third Annual South West Contact Centre Awards, sponsored by Red Recruitment.
With 63 finalists in 14 categories, it was always going to be an exciting evening, and these Awards didn’t disappoint! Comedian Paul Sinha hosted the Gala Awards Ceremony to an audience of 330 guests where accolades were presented to a variety of worthy finalists from across the South West region. Read more
